1. ScopeThe policy applies to advertisers, publishers, media-buying teams, operators, and support staff using RS Network. It covers account registration, offer approvals, tracking links, analytics, treasury workflows, wallet bindings, Google 2FA enrollment, support conversations, and approved third-party connectors.
2. Data We CollectRS Network may process contact data, organization details, role and access data, offer and approval records, tracking-link identifiers, performance analytics, treasury metadata, wallet addresses, audit events, and support evidence. RS Network does not request or store recovery phrases or private keys for MetaMask, Rabby, or any other wallet.
3. Why We Use DataPartner data is processed only to onboard accounts, protect tenant boundaries, approve offers, issue tracking links, calculate analytics, reconcile settlements, prevent fraud, investigate support cases, and comply with financial and legal obligations. RS Network does not sell partner data.
4. Confidentiality and AccessAccess is limited by role, tenant, and business need. Advertisers can access their own organizations and connected publisher records. Publishers can access their own workspace, linked offers, and related analytics. Platform staff receive access only where moderation, treasury, reconciliation, or support duties require it. All sensitive actions must remain auditable.
5. Connectors and External SystemsWhen connectors are enabled, RS Network exchanges only the minimum data necessary with approved infrastructure providers, analytics pipelines, communication systems, wallet signature flows, Google Authenticator-compatible TOTP clients, and settlement services. Connector data remains subject to the same confidentiality rules as platform-native data.
6. Security and RetentionRS Network uses access controls, audit trails, encrypted secrets, limited retention windows, and environment-scoped credentials to protect partner data. Registration records, approval history, treasury evidence, and security events may be retained for operational, financial, legal, and reconciliation purposes for as long as reasonably necessary.
7. Partner Rights and ContactPartners may request correction of account information, review of stored business records, or deletion where retention duties do not require ongoing storage. Product or legal questions about confidentiality can be sent through RS Network support channels.
